FMAM is a DIY-driven music management and booking company. Dedicated to building Florida's independent music scene through artist development, concert promotion, festival production, and community-first initiatives.
Rather than simply booking shows, FMAM develops artists, produces memorable live experiences, and creates opportunities that strengthen Florida's music ecosystem.
The founders
Decades across the scene
Founded by music professionals Tom DeGeorge, Randy Ojeda, and Luis Giler, FMAM combines decades of experience across live music, entertainment law, artist development, and booking. Tom brings deep roots in Florida's independent venue community, Randy provides industry insight through his work as an entertainment attorney, and Luis brings a firsthand artist perspective from years of performing, touring, and building relationships within the scene. Together, they create a unique artist-first approach focused on developing talent and strengthening Florida's independent music ecosystem.
